Supporting Raleigh Rescue Mission

As we have in years past, Beacon Wealthcare is partnering with Raleigh Rescue Mission (RRM) to provide much needed goods and supplies for people in exactly those seasons of life. The opportunity to help comes at an exciting time as RRM is developing a new campus in Knightdale–The Garden–specifically to house 350-400 women and children. The new facility will increase their ability to serve women and children by nearly 500% while also freeing up beds for men in their Raleigh location. In total, they hope to be serving more than 2,500 individuals by the year 2027.

Please consider helping in one of two ways:

Donate Items. Raleigh Rescue Mission has created a short Amazon wish list for us with items that are most urgently needed. You can have them delivered to our office (1633 Glenwood Ave., Raleigh, NC 27608), or you can drop them off when you’re in the area. We’ll be collecting gifts now through December 12th when we have our Christmas Open House.

Donate CashHere is a link for you to give quickly and easily. You can also use tools like Donor Advised Funds and Qualified Charitable Distributions out of your IRA. You can make a gift to their general fund or directly towards The Garden.

As we enter a busy time of year (the busiest?), we hope you’ll take a few minutes of your day to support a local, worthy organization as they show love and care to people that desperately need it.
