Client Service Associate

Manage client requests, prepare and process investment paperwork, schedule and prepare for client meetings, and perform lite financial planning prep work.

Minimum Requirements for all positions:

  • English speaking
  • 40+ WPM
  • 1-3 years’ experience in a financial services firm
  • Intermediate experience in Office, CRM, and document software
    • Experience in financial planning software required for CSA position
    • We use Redtail for our CRM and MoneyGuidePro for our planning software, but experience in other platforms is also accepted!
